Holiday Rates ~ 2008 |
| $2,000 per week except for Easter
and Christmas/ New Year which will be $2,200 per week. Please add $200 per week for 2009 bookings. |

Security
Deposit |
A $500.00 refundable security deposit is required
before your arrival at Brisa Del Mar. |

Reservation Deposit |
| A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. |

Truck
Rental |
$400 per week. Please leave vehicle with full tank.
There are three vehicles available over the entire property and are available on a first come first served basis. These include a Chevy Silverado double cab pick-up, a Toyota Hi Lux double cab pick-up and a Toyota Hi Ace 14 seater mini bus. |

Telephone and Internet |
| The house has 24/7 DSL high speed internet access and telephone service for your convenience. You will also be loaned a cell phone for the week. Both operate on pre-paid phone cards available for purchase from our caretaker. |

Additional
Maid Service |
| Included with the house
rental fee, is a maid service, three times a week. Should
you require further housekeeping services, please do so
through your own arrangements. Daily rates average around
L300. |

Cooking Services |
Our resident staff offers basic cooking services on a labor-only basis. Costs are $15 for breakfast and $20 for dinner, including meal preparation, table-setting, serving and cleaning up. This rate is for groups of up to six; larger groups will be charged a slightly higher rate. A collection of menus is provided for your approval. Arrange your meals on an as needed basis, and please pay the girls directly. |
